Our vision is to carry out our services and repairs from an electric van, which will serve as our mobile base camp equipped with desks and tools for on-the-go assistance. The foundation of our company lies in the concept of delivering professional IT services and repairs wherever our clients need us. In these challenging times, our goal is to offer unwavering support to our clients, regardless of their location.
The History of Tekk Support
It all began with a conversation between two USCB students, both studying computer science and working as tech repair agents back in 2019. They intimately understood the challenges people faced in getting even the simplest tech issues fixed, like repairing a phone screen or a laptop tune-ups. By listening to these common struggles, they envisioned a business that placed a strong emphasis on the client experience. Their goal was to provide clients with peace of mind and convenience whenever and wherever they needed support. Thus, the concept of Tekk Support was born, and it wasn't until the beginning of 2022 that it came into full fruition. With the backing of our community, we aim to build something truly special and unique—a dependable source for anyone in need of tech support
